16.11.08: Valtaro Wasteels suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat at the hands of Polonia. Valtaro Wasteels B lost 5-2 in the league cup quarter final. Julian Rubbino had opened the scoring for Wasteels and Sam Khasanov added a late consolation.

26.10.08: Valtaro Wasteels beat Golden Eagles 1-0 with a late Riccardo Marchini header to go through to Round 3 of the League Cup. The second team lost 2-0 to Junior Sports despite a spirited performance which sees them crash out of the London Cup.

19.10.08: Both Wasteels teams won their games this weekend, the firsts beat Deborah 4-1 with goals from Charlie Imms, Paolo Malavasi and Riccardo Marchini (2). The second team beat Kew Antigua 4-0 with Giorgio Podesta, Julian Rubbino (2, 1 penalty) and a spectacular Giovanni Delmaestro long-range effort.

12.10.08: Valtaro Wasteels beat Fulham North convincingly with a 6-0 win, the goals came from Claudio Bardetti, Charlie Imms, Stefano Margelli, Paolo Malavasi (2) and Daniel Newnham.
The second team beat Star 4-2 in the League Cup, Dale Johnston, Julian Rubbino (2, 1 penalty) and Daniel Marchini were all on the scoresheet.

28.09.08: Valtaro Wasteels cruised to a 10-1 victory over Kensington Athletic in the League Cup, with goals from Billy French (3), Charlie Imms (3), Ashley Crawford, Alex Goduhins, Paolo Malavasi, and Reda Barouti. The seconds were beaten 5-0 by Battersea Park Rangers.

09.09.08: Valtaro Wasteels got their league campaign off to a winning start by beating Golden Eagles 4-2, with goals from Claudio Bardetti (2 penalties), Charlie Imms and new signing Paolo Malavasi.

09.09.08: Valtaro Wasteels B earned a point with a late comeback against 10 man Lusitanos in their first game of the season. A first half goal from Dom Cattini and late strikes from Giovanni Delmaestro and Giorgio Podesta ensured honours finished even at 3-3.

Pasquale Lunghi was named Clubman of the Year while Stefano Margelli won both Manager and Player's First Team Player of the Year at the 40th Anniversary Dinner. Julian Rubbino picked up the Second Team Player of the Year award.

05.05.08: A late Chelsea Town goal denied Valtaro Wasteels the point they needed to become champions, losing 3-2. Charlie Imms and Darren Anderson had twice put Wasteels in the lead.

02.12.07: Valtaro Wasteels bounced back from last week's defeat to Deborah in the cup with a 3-2 victory over Dark Star. Alexis Goduhins scored 2 and Darren Anderson the other.

02.12.07: Valtaro Wasteels B were denied a late win when a last minute penalty secured a draw for London Rhinos. Fabio Bastianelli's first half strike and a 30-yard effort from Giovanni Delmaestro were not enough to seal victory for Wasteels.

25.11.07: Valtaro Wasteels B beat Logika 4-2 in the Ron Le Beau Challenge Cup to give Daniele Moreschi his first victory as manager. Julian Rubbino scored 3, one from the penalty spot and the other two from direct free-kicks, Dave Grant sealed the victory late on with a great strike.

25.11.07: Valtaro Wasteels are out of the Glady Perry Cup with a 3-2 loss to Deborah after extra time. Ashley Crawford and Charlie Imms were both on the scoresheet.
